What made him give up the coiffure self rule? Saturday Night Live. Apparently when Forte was getting his first SNL headshot photos, the photographers took a break and went into a huddle. “It seemed like a real emergency,” Forte said. “And then I realized the emergency was my crappy haircut.” So he got a new do from the SNL hair department. Hey, as recently as December 2020, John Mulaney was still getting his hair cut at SNL.
