Looks like Tinashe has found a few artists with a good technique — to remix her viral hit, “Nasty,” that is. The R&B performer has dropped the long-awaited Match My Freak EP featuring five impeccably named “Nasty” remixes. Some are obvious, like the sped-up “Match My Speed” remix by UNIIQU3, but others are a bit more clever, like Wuki’s clubby “Match My Peak” remix. There’s even a ChopNotSlop remix from OG Ron C and DJ Candlestick: the “Match My Sleek” remix. (Though Janet Jackson’s “Nasty” x “Nasty” remix is sadly absent from the pack.) The new versions arrive as “Nasty” is rising on the charts, becoming Tinashe’s biggest hit since “2 On” ten years ago. All we hear, though, are five more chances to match Tinashe’s freak.
