WAVZ 13 has added a photo to the pool:
Being an employee of the Port Authority, my Dad and our family were invited to the celebrations.
While politicians and PA executives were giving speeches, I walked to the Southwest corner of the lobby and captured this moment with my Kodak Pocket Instamatic 40 using 110 film.
In the background the abandoned West Side Highway can be seen hovering over West Street.
