Arizona Supreme Court reinstates 160-year-old abortion ban

In a 4-2 decision, the Arizona Supreme Court struck down the state’s current 15-week ban on abortion and reinstated a law from 1864, nearly 50 years before Arizona became a state. The law bans nearly all abortions in Arizona with no exceptions for rape or incest.
