New York City unveils plan to solve its public bathroom emergency

Mayor Eric Adams spoke about his "Ur in luck" campaign in front of a public restroom in Harlem. He was joined by "bathroom influencer" Teddy Siegel (wearing an orange dress), who has highlighted the lack of public bathrooms around the city.
