The summer of 2021 was the summer of the CowParade in New York City. While we were still trying to get over the pandemic, 78 fiberglass cows were displayed in eight different locations. Twenty-two of them were in Hudson Yards, the shopping mall in Midtown West. The cow seen here is Flora, the Sustainable Cow Planter, by Brian McCarthy.
