Naperville Police Arrests for April 29-May 1

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

A 37-year-old man from River Grove was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and battery at 1:38 a.m. April 29 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.

A 33-year-old man from Wheaton was arrested on charges of reckless conduct, improper pedestrian crossing of a road and resisting a peace officer at 7:49 p.m. April 29 in the 1100 block of East Ogden Avenue.

A 44-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of obstructed windshield or front/side window and possession of a controlled substance at 8:25 p.m. April 29 at North Route 59 and La Salle Avenue.

A 22-year-old man from Geneva was arrested on charges of improper stop without signal, unlawful use of cannabis by a driver and possession of a controlled substance at 1:11 a.m. April 30 at North Route 59 and West Diehl Road.

A 35-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a warrant and on charges of not wearing a seat belt and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 4:35 p.m. April 30 at South Route 59 and Audrey Avenue.

A 20-year-old man from Glen Ellyn was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license at 9:47 p.m. April 30 at East Warrenville Road and Naperville Road.

A 28-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of manufacture/delivery of 15 to 100 grams of cocaine/analog, manufacture/delivery of 15 to 100 grams of heroin/analog and manufacture/delivery of controlled substance/cocaine 1 to 15 grams at 1:28 p.m. May 1 in the 5600 block of Abbey Drive in Lisle.

A 40-year-old man from Maywood was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of weapons and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver at 4:55 p.m. May 1 at North Route 59 and East Interstate 88.

A 28-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 5:36 p.m. May 1 at North Naper Boulevard and East Ogden Avenue.

A 37-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 7:28 p.m. May 1 at West Diehl Road and Raymond Drive.
