This picture was shot at John Varvatos Bowery NYC, a vintage-style clothing store on the Bowery in Lower Manhattan (aka the East Village). It is at the site of the late CBGB, the legendary music club that became associated with punk rock and new wave bands. The store tries to evoke the spirit of the club.
