Mexico says it won't accept deportees from Texas as SB4 takes effect



Texas authorities may now arrest and prosecute migrants suspected of crossing the southern border illegally after the Supreme Court allowed a state law known as SB4 to go into effect Tuesday while a lawsuit plays out in the lower courts.
