Boy, 17, shot in Humboldt Park, police say

A 30-year-old ride-share driver was shot overnight in the Burnside neighborhood, according to Chicago police.

The man was giving a ride near the 900 block of East 91st Street when he was shot in the back of the neck by a passenger, striking a parked vehicle, police say. He was taken to UChicago and is in critical condition, according to police.

No one is in custody and detectives are investigating.
