A$AP Rocky Is Daddy

Happy belated Father’s Day to all the dads and all the daddies. In honor of the holiday, Bottega Veneta read our mind. The Italian fashion label knew exactly what the people wanted, gifting us wholesome campaign imagery of A$AP Rocky and his two sons, Rza and Riot Rose. If I can’t get more Rihanna music, at least I can have these tender photos of her baby daddy and babies to fawn over!

The collection of images, shot by Carrie Mae Weems and titled “Portraits of Fatherhood,” draws inspiration from Weems’s previous work and shows the rapper with both sons in a home setting, doing very sweet, fatherly acts, like playing the piano for his sons, reading them the newspaper, and carrying them around on his shoulders. There’s also an accompanying minute-long video, scored by Rocky, that is so sweet it nearly brought me to tears.

While the clothing is phenomenal (everyone is wearing the brand, and my personal favorite is the “Best Dad” onesie), the internet can’t get over how adorable it all is. TikTok stitches of the video have endless comments supporting the family, especially when it comes to how loving the rapper is toward his sons. “That man was loved properly his whole life and it shows,” reads one comment. Another says, “Rihanna is a blessed woman. She waited a long time for true love and family. I love this for her,” and we couldn’t agree more. Even Rihanna is responding, having shared a comment on Rocky’s post that says, “My baby daddy!!! Happy Fathers Day boo.” It’s his celebration, but with all of these photos to stare at from here on out, it feels like it’s our celebration too.
